Limitation of Liability:
THE CONTRACTOR is not responsible for:
a) Loss of data, files, documents or configurations resulting from pre-existing failures, hardware malfunction, pirated software, viruses, malware or electrical failures;
b) Damage caused by interruptions in the internet connection during remote service;
c) Future problems not related to the intervention performed.Data Backup:
It is the sole responsibility of the CONTRACTOR to perform a data backup before starting the service. The CONTRACTOR may provide guidance on backup procedures, but is not responsible for the loss of information.Privacy and Confidentiality:
THE CONTRACTOR undertakes to maintain total confidentiality regarding data, information and files accessed during the service, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), not making any copy or sharing without authorization.Access Authorization:
THE CONTRACTOR declares to be aware that remote service allows full access to his/her equipment, expressly authorizing this access for the exclusive purposes of providing the contracted service.Legal principles: Brazilian legal system, in particular the Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002), the Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014) and the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 - LGPD).
